The PDGA has resumed sanctioned disc golf in California so we have new dates for the 2-day, B-tier portion of The Challenge at Goat Hill Park – Driven by Innova. Saturday and Sunday, August 22-23, 2020 are the new dates.
We will not have the entire run of Goat Hill Park – field is limited to 100 players. There will be some changes to the event as a result of COVID-19 – no players party on Friday night and no post-tournament concert. We will make sure you receive the full value of your entry fee in greens fees, payout and player packs.
If you are currently registered…you are in. If you’re on the wait list, we will pull from the wait list to fill spots that have opened up. If you cannot make the August 22/23 dates or want to drop out for ANY REASON we will grant 100% refunds until we get within a week of the event.
NO ROSTER OR WAIT LIST MOVES WILL BE MADE UNTIL MONDAY, JUNE 22. I am in the middle of organizing and running the first post-COVID shutdown sanctioned tournament on the West Coast – I need to focus on running the A-tier Challenge before I can deal with the B-tier roster.
My thanks to everyone who has stood by me and supported The Challenge as we have watched the calendar and the COVID counts: Innova Disc Golf, DiscGolfValues, Goat Hill Park, DGPT, PDGA and my kids. This has been a tough few months but we’re about to start the fun again!
So until June 22, make sure to watch CCDG’s coverage of the A-tier side of The Challenge and get ready…because the Goat is ready for YOU!
